Bright, fluorescent, daylight spectrum grow light used - only red/blue grow lights were inadequate, but are now used as supplement to fluorescents. Water only when soil is completely dry down to bottom; stick bamboo skewer in soil to check.

Leaves starting to darken, but definitely not rot; they're not soft at all. Probably because of too much light from the red/blue light fixture.
