It looks healthy but it also looks very wet. A good soaking is good once in a while but it needs to dry fully between waterings and needs lots of bright indirect sunlight. Introduce it to the light slowly to avoid burns. :)

It’s some kind of succulent. It needs lots of light and the soil to drain easily and dry fully between waterings.
